"The experience and expertise of Mac’s Plumbing Heating & Air was refreshing"

Tommy came out and was friendly, courteous, and very informative. Our toilet is 15 years old and while it would have been easy to tell us to get a new one, he did his best to make it work. We ended up ordering a new toilet but the experience and expertise of Mac’s Plumbing Heating & Air was refreshing.

Mac's plumbing was great. They were quick, efficient, and great communication. Their tech Tommy Day came out and he was very polite personable, explaines everything in great detail. Wow! I don't think I have had a repair/replacement go so quickly. We decided to get a new hot water heater (changing from gas to electric - SMUD rebate FYI) and we were impressed with Steve and his honest and professional opinion and presentation. We were able to get our hot water heater replaced within days and the technicians were great. Very professional and kind, clean-cut, courteous...you know..those things that aren't always present in service today. They did forget something (but then, who doesn't you know?) and I had some questions and Steve called me back after hours on a Thursday night :) They handled the issues with a smile and quick service. The office coordinator was probably one of the most friendly and competent people I have spoken with in quite a while. So...thank you to all of you for taking pride in your job and doing your best. I would highly recommend Mac's Plumbing Heating and Air!
